Pastured Raised Pork
Pasture raised pork from Heritage breed pigs. Our pigs are raised outdoors, living a great life in sections of woods and edges of fields. When they have sufficiently disturbed and area, rooting and foraging for food, we move them to their next location. We supplement them with organic grain.

|Bacon (Farmer Brown)|
Packages of bacon from our pastured pigs. We have 1 lb packages available and also smaller sizes available. Bacon & Jowl bacon prefers to be crisped when cooked. Canadian bacon is from the loin, and is leaner, so prefers to be cooked just enough to leave it still moist.
|Belly Bacon-uncured (Farmer Brown)|
Fresh uncured belly bacon. Also known as side pork Slab-unsliced Slice as thick or thin as you like. Salt and pepper both sides. Cook 4 minutes each side, with a bacon press if you have one. Or buy it already sliced for you.
|Breakfast Sausage (Farmer Brown)|
Ingredients: Pork, Sage, Sugar, Black Pepper and Salt Great flavor. I love to pan-fry my sausage burgers with a little water first on both sides, then let them brown up a little. Now available in small links.
|Ham Steaks (Farmer Brown)|
3/4" slice of delicious cured ham steaks. These are perfect on the grill or pan fried. Also available; breakfast ham steaks. These are thinner cuts of ham. 1/4" thin. About 3 per package.

Loin chops are great simply grilled with a little salt & pepper. 1" thick. 1 to 2 chops per package
|Country Style Ribs (Farmer Brown)|
4 cuts per package. these are great when cooked with moist heat. My favorite recipe; in a dutch oven layer saurekraut, apple (sliced), 1/2 tsp caraway seeds(depending on taste) & top with meat. |Soup Hams (Farmer Brown)|
Thick cut slices of pasture raised ham. These juicy cuts of pork come out great when they are cooked slowly in juices or with your favorite pea soup recipe. To achieve maximum tenderness I recommend cooking them 20 min. w/ a cup of water in a pressure cooker or try my pea soup recipe (Ask to have it included w/ purchase of ham steak!)
|Fresh Roast (Farmer Brown)|
Fresh pork roast from our pasture raised pigs. They are bone in shoulder, fresh hams and loin roasts. Lots of juicy, succulent meat and plenty of flavor. These are not smoked. Use the butt/shoulder roasts to make delicious pulled pork. Try our own maple bbq sauce with it!
